Synopsis
Hong Sun Hee is a housewife who accidentally meets her first love, Jang Dong Chul, again. Now he is known as Song Jae Bin and is a famous movie star who didn't recognize her. Sun Hee's husband lands himself in jail for debts and Sun Hee applies to the wealthy Dong Chul for aid. He isn't inclined to help her bacuase she's no longer the beauty she once was but eventually she moves into his house as a housekeeper. The two bicker constantly but slowy they discover the feelings they had at 19 aren't completely gone.

Although the idols on the drama are matured, still this made me laugh on a hot afternoon day. One good reason for me to buy the DVD as I always do on some asian drama that I really liked.
At first I'm not comfortable knowing that the late actress Choi Jin Shil made me laugh watching her on this drama, as we all know she is a very good actress but known for her acting on ROSY LIFE which has a very sad plot. This a different side of her acting. She can be good on comedy too!
Actor Jeong Joon Ho is really good on this one as well. As I have watched him before on Marrying the Mafia in 2002 and Princess Lulu alongside actress Kim Jeong Eun on both projects, I never thought he can be this funny and good looking at the same time. It appears like he undergone a big make over, not just his hair but also his acting. He seems to me before as a boring matured business man due to his character on other projects, but his character on this series is different. I love his hair that makes him younger looking and his perfect smile and wink on Choi Jin Shil. Joon Ho -oppa looked like Lee Min Ho after 15 years!
Anyway I just finished watching the DVD today and as always I have loved the original Korean version than the Tagalized version on local TV. I just hoped they wont make a Filipino version of this one just like what Local Channels are doing now on popular K-drama.
Also I just remember Choi Jin Shil 1st Death anniversary was last October 2, and I heard that few months before that, around August, her urn was stolen by a fan named as Park. I am still saddened by the fact that a very good actress like her wont be seen anymore on TV. Last Scandal is indeed her last drama and she doesn't fail to be very good on it. She may fail as a mom since she decides to end her life due to depression and stress without thinking how her children might feel and their well being, but to me she never fails as an actress. Choi Jin Shil will always be respected regardless of what she has done.
